2. Body paragraphs with detailed evidence that explains the topic. Students should move between the paragraphs and arguments by using transitional words and phrases to improve understanding.

3. Counterarguments: address opposing views with respect but explain, with evidence, why they are not as good as your argument.

Persuasive Conclusion: Explain how your evidence supports your argument and how your thesis is justifyable.
